About Spicendipity
Spicendipity is an artisan food company based in Ireland, specialising in homemade, 100% natural spice mixes and baking mixes with a unique range of sauces. With no additives, colourants or preservatives, Spicendipity mixes make it easy for anyone to create a healthy, delicious meal or dessert. In addition to our range of products, Spicendipity offers a complete repertoire of creative recipes using our own spices, sauces and mixes so you'll never run out of quick, easy and healthy meals for everyday eating or home entertaining.
Spicendipity is owned by Deborah Hadley, an avid cook with experience in private catering, who spreads her love of entertaining and cooking with the message that "anyone can cook." She has a background in corporate finance which she has parleyed into expertise on shopping, planning and cooking fabulous meals that fit a family budget. Spicendipity was born from a desire to help Irish families avoid unnecessary additives and enjoy the fun and health of home cooking. Spicendipity FAQs
SHIPPING
All Spicendipity products are freshly prepared to order and packed by hand and aim to ship within 48 business hours of your order. You will receive an email when your item has shipped, along with a tracking number if available. You can check your order status online, and contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping is calculated by weight according to An Post's published postal rates. There is no handling charge. A courier is used for weights that exceed 1kg as it is more cost effective than An Post. Our baking mixes average half a kilo, with the cookie mix weighing in at almost 2kg, so shipping charges can quickly escalate for customers outside of Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot control international shipping costs at this time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping to the United States. We will certainly send items there, but FDA regulations MAY prevent final delivery and we cannot be held responsible for this. We will provide proof of postage, if necessary. If you have any questions or special requirements regarding shipping, please contact us.
If you are in the Tullamore area, pick-up or possibly drop-off can be arranged, but please contact us before placing an order.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for online payments. We also accept euro denominated cheques and electronic bank transfers. To pay by cheque or bank transfer, please complete checkout and select "Euro cheque/bank transfer" as your payment type and we'll forward payment details to you. All payments must be cleared before shipment.
CORPORATE AND WHOLESALE
We offer wholesale pricing for large orders. Please contact us for a price list.
We also offer corporate gift giving services, with specialty gift boxes specially put together for your clients or employees. They make excellent holiday, birthday or appreciate gifts. We will work with you to design a themed or custom gift collection, and can even brand or design products to fit a scheme for your company.
